Why are the Alen air purifiers so effective at particle removal?
The Alen air purifiers use a combination of ionization and HEPA filter filtration. This combination allows the Alen units to achieve higher efficiencies and the ability to capture particles even smaller than 0.3 microns. The ionization process produce minute levels of ozone however it is minimized through the use of low levels of electricity, an encased housing and an activated carbon filter layer that absorbs ozone particles.
