Why are test reports from ABCTools that calculate students years since 8th grade calculating incorrectly?

The report uses the 9th Grade Entry Date to determine this information. If the student does not attend the high school for two years, the report uses the previous year as the 9th grade entry year if the entry year field is not populated. To resolve the problem, enter a 9th grade entry date in the Diploma Screen.
