Not all teens are self-absorbed. Take me for example since I am one; I truly do enjoy taking my time with helping other people and we also have to remember that everyone is different despite the seemingly same views that most people would have when looking at whole group of teens put together. The only reason that they may seem self-absorbed may be the cause of the environment, family, past/current experiences, or friends that affect them. Some teens may want to blend in with a particular group, the whole popular gossipping or drug group has grown so large that it’s the only thing people would see without realizing that there are indeed other groups/or so to speak that are just teens that can be entirely different. It really all depends. I mean, I can view the majority of adults and label them as greedy because all they’d ever care about is money, but I shouldn’t say that at all because I have no right to assume it straight off the back.
