Why are targets still included in vaccinations and immunisations?
A The Government would not accept our position that childhood vaccinations could be subject to the same exception reporting requirements that apply to the rest of the Quality and Outcomes Framework. That is why vaccinations are handled in this way. We have tried to exclude targets from the rest of the contract, but could not do so here.
