Why are students with high numbers of Loyalty Points not guaranteed ticket?
No student is guaranteed a ticket to a game because all full-time, eligible, fee-paying students should have an opportunity to obtain a ticket to every game. Q: How do I cancel a ticket without being penalized? Students can cancel tickets through the TicketReturn system, but must do so not later than 12:00 noon the day before the game to avoid losing Loyalty Points.
