Why are state requirements inadequate for a successful agent ?
Almost without exception, States that require training limit those requirements to legal knowledge and in some cases weapons certification. No state requires ability, specifically the ability to investigate and locate fugitives. Unfortunately the end result is an agent that is unqualified for employment………with a license. There is no financial future for such agents. Most do not renew their licenses, there are no cases for the unskilled.
