Why are some YC chocolates called “No Sugar Added”?

In a lot of sugarless or sugar free chocolates, you’ll see them listed as either "sugar free" or "no sugar added".  No sugar added usually refers to milk chocolate products as milk naturally contains some sugar.  You’ll also see the "no sugar added" on white chocolate products.  If you want totally sugar free, than you’ll have to go with the dark chocolate which is sugar free and dairy free in most cases depending on manufacturer.

These items have nuts. Nuts contain about 5-6% naturally occurring sugar which we do not know how to remove. Other than the presence of the natural sugar in nuts, WE DO NOT ADD ANY OTHER SUGAR.
