Why are some people ticklish and others arent?

Pepple are ticklish as a nervous reaction to being touched in sensitive places. Some people are more ticklish than others. I do’nt know anyone who likes being tickled. On my feet. My father used to tickle me a lot, and I hated it. I screamed for him to stop and he wouldn’t. Eventually I trained myself not to react, by relaxing and going away in my mind. Now when I see people tickling kids I ask the kid if they like being tickled and they usually say no. Then I tell the big person, the kid just said they don’t like being tickled, so don’t do it. Kids need to learn that they have a right to decide whether or not to be touched, and how, and where, and when. Otherwise someone could really hurt them. PS == Tickling is an ancient form of Chineese torture.
