Why are some people plain mean on the cat and dog sites?
There are some people who just want to score points and they don’t care about the “askers” problems. Often the questions are about minor problems and we could help. There was one very caring lady who asked about a dog that she had found by the roadside. Obviously she had not made any provisions for this dog and she wanted to know how she could feed it. She did not have a car, it was late at night and she had three young children at home, consequently she could not shop for dog food. Instead of giving this lady help, several people suggested that she should take it to the vets. Every experience dog owner has their own quick and easy remedies for minor problems and we should pass them on.
