Why are some pages so slow to load?
As with any website, the amount of graphical content on a page can slow the loading time down, especially if the pictures you are trying to view are large or you’re on a dial-up connection. And sometimes run-of-the-mill “internet issues” can slow things down – our hosting server may be busy, for instance. Usually those things will clear up on their own within a short time, but sometimes refreshing the page will help hurry things on a bit.
