Why are some organizations not in the list of AccèsD eligible organizations?
A. Organizations must first ask to be part of the AccèsD service in order for you to be able to pay their bills online on AccèsD. Desjardins approaches organizations it feels might be interested in having their bills paid to them electronically on a regular basis.
