Why are some movies not playing or pausing or “re-buffering”?
All of the movies on our site are designed to play smoothly on your computer, so if there are any interruptions in the video then something is definitely wrong. If you try to play a movie but the video or audio is screwed up, or if you receive an error message that says something like unsupported protocol, or if the movie does not play at all, then it is very likely that you are missing the required Codec. Please read our next FAQ entry for help in solving this problem quickly. If that does not help you, please contact us and let us know exactly which movie in which section you’re talking about.
