Why are some materials at a participating library eligible for Scan and Deliver and others not?
A. Currently only items which have been barcoded can be requested, so this may exclude certain parts of a library’s collection (such as unbound periodicals or microfilm). Also, many participating libraries have designated their Reserves and Special Collections materials as ineligible for scanning.
