Why are some listings assigned to multiple neighborhoods?

To help you surface comprehensive and relevant results, we now associate listings with more than one neighborhood when they lie close to a neighborhood boundary. For example, if a property is located in Tribeca but sits very near the SoHo boundary, that listing will be associated with both Tribeca and SoHo and will be included in the results when you search for properties in either neighborhood.
