Why are some item qualities listed as Unknown?
We collect item data purely from the game interface, which doesn’t give all the item information all the time. Sometimes we know the stats of an item, but don’t have the quality info – in these cases, the item will show up with an Unknown quality until someone submits the missing information on the item using our AddOn and Launcher.
