An estimate in CTSonline is considered not statistically reliable if the relative standard error exceeds 30% and/or the estimate is based on fewer than 100 observations. Those cases are noted in the tables. In most of those cases, the estimates are reported because they can be calculated directly from the other estimates in the same row of the table.
