Why are some Done Right Service Providers not guaranteed?
Some Service Providers in the Done Right Directory are not guaranteed because they: • Serve a category like Real Estate or Antiques where it is difficult for us to make a meaningful consumer guarantee; or, • Are good enough to be included in the Directory but require more feedback from customers and trade professionals before they can be elevated to “Guaranteed” status.
