Why are some CDs considered “new” even though they aren shrink-wrapped?

0

Some CDs are not shrink-wrapped because they arrive from our distributor that way. Generally product shipped from European countries arrive unshrink-wrapped. Therefore many of our imports are NEW even though they don’t have shrink-wrap on them. Other times you will find an occasional domestic CD without shrink-wrap. This is because sometimes our distributors don’t do such a good job at packing our shipments and the shrink-wrap may tear during shipment. However, in these instances we take every measure to ensure that the disc itself was not damaged in transit. Moreover these discs have the same guarantee as any of our other NEW and USED discs!
