Why are so many people proud of the fact they don use a mobile phone much?
This was selected as Best Answer Every few weeks or months a variant of this question comes up – I usually read them but seldom answer. Today I thought I might jump into the fray. I do not know if people are proud to be without a cell of some type – but I do know this. It is a freedom issue for me. I have read here how you cannot be without one for business – or you would be looked down upon if you did not have one. That last statement is quite telling if you sit back and look at it. Part of your worth judged on whether or not you carry a telephonic system? Wow. What about if you are an honourable and trustworthy person instead? Then I stop and think. When do you take time for yourself or your family or just for a friend? Or is it even important to you? Perhaps that becomes telling in itself. There are serious social issues that many often do not realize until they actually sit down and think. And many will probably never do this as they are so caught up in the rat race that they canno
