Why are sketches no longer available for viewing?
In compliance with State Law, sketches are no longer available on this site; effective September 1, 2005. Senate Bill 541 is an act that relates to Internet posting of regarding certain residential property held by an appraisal district. Information in appraisal records may not be posted on the Internet if the information is a photograph, sketch, or floor plan of an improvement to real property that is designed primarily for use as a human residence. This does not apply to an aerial photograph that depicts five or more separately owned buildings.
