A single family home provides a quiet, private, and peaceful setting. In a multi dwelling unit – you will have strangers living in the same building with you. Just like a hotel, you may not see them, but you will certainly hear them as they come and go throughout the day and night. Keep in mind that in a multi dwellings you may be required to share the BBQ grill, the outdoor shower, and the washer and dryer.
