Why are shipping prices different when I order online instead of by phone?
A. When you order online, our shopping cart software automatically adds a $5.00 handling charge to the total of your order. If you are a chiropractor, this charge will be removed before your order is processed and your credit card is charged. After we package your order, we will calculate the exact shipping cost and charge your credit card only this amount. You will be notified of your order total by email. When all is said and done, the shipping price of your order should be exactly the same, whether you choose to order by phone or online. If you are not a chiropractor, our shopping cart software will calculate your shipping charges and order total automatically.
