Why are shipping and handling fees non-refundable?
The shipping and handling fees are paid to have your shipment sent out to you – we must pay a warehouse to store products and ship them out as needed, we must pay the United States Postal Service so that we can purchase a shipping label, and we must pay for packaging to put the product within. If you were improperly shipped something then we certainly will refund your shipping and handling fees – however, we will not refund the shipping and handling fees for either trials or auto-shipments if we are not in error in sending out a shipment. Typically we send out shipments the following business day, so if you ordered on Monday your shipment should be processed out by our warehouse Tuesday morning.
