Each volunteer is asked to contribute a minimum of 6 to 7 hours — all volunteers perform approximately the same amount of work in exchange for a night’s worth of music. This standardized length eliminates a mid-evening shift change, allows Festival patrons a much smoother night, and creates a much stronger volunteer team.
