Why are services different at Fort Campbell than at other RCI installations?
Each Housing Privatization deal was developed independent of the other. The deals were sought out by many World Class Development companies depending on each location in order to provide the best homes and amenities possible. The deals were intended to be different depending many variances to include Geographical location and the income stream or BAH. Fort Campbell Family Housing is not in competition with other installations. The only competition is homes outside the gate of the installation. The Ft Campbell Family Housing Office conducts a survey of the local communities to assess types of homes available, how they compare to those on Ft Campbell, and ascertain the rents paid for these houses. The information collected is used to determine the amount of BAH increase to be awarded each year.
