Why are seasons different in northern and southern hemispheres?

0

The seasons are different because of the tilt of the Earth. In June the Northern hemisphere points towards the sun. This makes the day longer and the sun is higher in the sky giving what sunlight hits the ground more intensity. In December the southern hemisphere now points at the sun giving those downunder summer. It is spring down here now in October and we are really looking forward to summer.
