Why are residencies tuition-bearing?
Summer residencies are for academic credit, and therefore tuition is involved. The sanctioning of the project by the Residency Committee, weekly reporting to your faculty monitor, mid-summer visit, and end of term report and review all contribute to making your summer credit-worthy. We believe that the academic component of the residency has differentiated the Medill IMC program over its 20-year history.
