Why are RescuePager notifications not guaranteed to be immediate?
     RescuePager relies on your local internet connection, email servers, and your wide area paging vendor to carry your message along. Some or all of these links may for brief times bog down, preventing the message from getting to your pager or cellular phone. While it is not 100%, it’s better than not getting the message out when your members have their radios off.
