Why are products such as vinegar or soy sauce not allowed??
Vinegar and soy sauce create an environment in the tissues that affect the acid/alkaline balance in the body and, in addition, this enivironment is “friendly” to fungus cells, which defeats the purpose of the LifeForce Plan. In general, the foods that are temporarily eliminated from the diet either promote the growth of fungus or they tend to produce allergic reactions. Vinegar, wheat, and dairy are examples of such foods.
