Why are pick up and delivery times not guaranteed?
Due to the state taxation and inspections on car carrier transportation and auto shipping laws from the Department of Transportation who govern the specifics of vehicle transportation, exact pick up dates and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. If a company leads to believe they can pick up or deliver a vehicle on an exact date you could be in for disappointment. The truth is that pick up and delivery can only be scheduled in an estimated window. Due to weather, traffic, and many other obstacles it is hard to give an exact time. In our experience the window of pick up or delivery usually holds true for 90 percent of all orders placed. We will work hard to try to minimize this time period as much as is safely possible.
