A. The student is financially responsible for his/her Benedictine account, and is protected by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). However, students may grant permission for others to receive information regarding their account. The office of Student Accounts offers a “Student Accounts Information Release Form”, which may be completed and submitted by the student to provide consent.
