CIMA are offering the strategic papers on PC as it is felt that these can be taken in this way with no difficulties. The style of assessment for P1 and P2 is slightly different (as you need to draw more diagrams and charts), and CIMA feels that to ask students to sit these papers on PC might place them at a disadvantage, compared to those students taking their exam on paper.
