Why are overweight men rewarded while overweight women are penalised?
u shud never correlate a theoretical study with ur own life or ur workplace…u never know whether dis study ws conducted for a particular sector only….in my opinion, overweight men give an impression that they are more experienced and dat they are at a higher level while similar women show dat they dun care much for their figure which is kind of bad….in some cases its yes coz of the skinny thing also.
