Why are only customers of record in January 2010 eligible for the credit?
In order to provide the credit in the most efficient manner and in January as directed by the PSC, customers of record during the January 2010 billing cycle – which is based on scheduled meter readings between Jan. 1 and Feb. 2 – are eligible to receive the credit. This is consistent with previous direction from the PSC.
