Why are old menus shown when viewing a page that has been deleted from the navigation?
When navigation files are updated, any old navigation files in folders that are no longer referred to in the menus are left untouched. This means that if someone goes directly to these URLs, they will still see the pages and the old menu file associated with it. To avoid this, you must manually remove obsolete pages, menu files and folders that are removed from the menus. The folders containing these files and subfolders must then be uploaded to delete them from the live website.
