Why are not all Coco Chocolate products referred to as organic?

0

Though Coco only uses organic chocolate in its kitchens, not all products are listed as organic because of the following reasons. The Coco drinking chocolate is made with organic chocolate but also is blended with what we believe to be the world’s finest cocoa powder – Valrhona 100% cocoa. The taste is sublime but the cocoa powder is not organic. Though our wonderful Art Series chocolate are made with organic chocolate, we can not list these as organic as the cocoa butter we create the beautiful artworks with, are mixed with food colouring and no colouring can be listed as organic.
