Why are NHS placement students sometimes excluded from the results?
NHS placement students were asked an extra set of questions over and above the questions that were asked to all students as part of the National Student Survey. However, they were only asked to respond to the Survey online rather than all the methods offered to non-NHS placement students. This means that there was a lower number of responses overall to the survey from this set of students. Due to this lower response rate, there may be situations where we wouldn’t have normally been able to show you information because it does not represent a large enough sample of those asked to respond. Therefore, in these situations, we have removed the NHS placement students from the results. We think that it is important that you continue to be able to see as much information as possible about the subject and university/college that you are interested in. For more information please refer to the question ‘Why can’t I see some of the information about the subject that I’m interested in?’.
