The implementation date of new job titles needed to take place prior to July 1st to provide the campus with adequate time to prepare for the next fiscal years budget planning process. However, the reconsideration timeframe does provide an additional opportunity for those managers and employees who wish to resubmit job descriptions with adequate time to prepare new mapping recommendations. The effective date of any job title changes as a result of reconsideration will be retroactive to May 1st.
