Why are my Urgent, ASAP or Important faxes rejected by the Fax Server?
If you are not permitted to send Priority faxes, any fax with a priority above ‘Normal’ will be rejected with the reason “Was rejected because you are not permitted to send urgent faxes.” Permission to send Priority faxes is granted or denied on the Fax Server in User Setup. If you compose a fax while not connected to the server, the client will allow all priorities to be set, regardless of what is in the server configuration. When a connection is made to the server, the error “Was rejected because you are not permitted to send Urgent faxes” will occur.
