Why are my statements coming in separate envelopes — instead of being consolidated?
• If you have a ScotiaGold card, it will appear in a separate envelope. • If you have other VISA cards/lines of credit or student loans, and a ScotiaGold card, you will receive two separate envelopes. • If you have other VISA cards/lines of credit and/or student loans, they will come consolidated, in one envelope. There is also the possibility that you may continue to see old statements and new statements, and they will come in separate envelopes, until all statements have been converted.
