Why are my posts to Martinos Center mailing lists failing?

Closed lists compare the From: field with the registered address you gave when you joined to determine if your post should be accepted. These addresses need to be exactly identical for the post to be accepted. If they are not identical, character for character, the post will be rejected. Your choices here are 1) to change the registered address to be the same as what your mail software is sending or 2) change what your mail software sends as the From: field to be the same as that address which you registered.
