From the Webstores > Basic Webstores > Store Inventory view you can see which items are enabled for the store by viewing if the shopping cart icon is lit up. Also, if you hover over the cart for an item that is not enabled you should see some hover text explaining why the item is not enabled in the Basic Webstore.
