ALoad balancing is not handled using the same mechansim as clustering. In a cluster, each participating machine is identified in the registry of each other machine. The load balancing system, however, uses a multicasting scheme for identifying other servers. If you have have two or more iAS clusters that are accessible to one another by a multicast (e.g., on the same ethernet cable segment) then they must be configured to use different multicast addresses or ports.
