Why are my career certification expirations dates in Partner Self Service (PSS) inconsistent with those listed in the Certification Tracking System tool?
PSS calculates your career certification expiration dates based on the original effective date. If you have been recertified for a particular certification, PSS may display an incorrect expiration date. An incorrect expiration date will not effect your certification application and your company will still be allowed to use your certification. We are working on correcting the system and apologize for the inconvenience.
