Why are multiple Extended Storage folders showing in my KVS Vault?
The Mail Administration team has informed us of a known bug in the KVS software that causes multiple “Extended Storage” folders to be presented when viewing your Enterprise (or Archive) Vault. They have a work-around which involves a registry change and rebooting the KVS server which they will make an SOP when the server needs to be rebooted. They are awaiting a patch for this issue and will apply it when it becomes available. Until then you should just continue to use one Extended Storage folder. The other stuff will not be lost.
