Why are most black nations poor, regardless of their geographic location?
It would depend on their leadership or the lack thereof. Some of the local governance is assumed by tribal affiliation and rule. The rulers are not necessarily interested in any input from the rest of the world. Their tribal customs and mores and folkways differ from the rest of the more developed nations. Their beliefs systems may also impact their political affiliations and their distribution of their natural resources. My sense is that they continue to maintain a rigid class system in order to maintain their status quo, and they also want to feel as though they have control over their mores, folkways, and culture. To those in the progressive European nations it seems that their type of governance is passe. However, if the rest of the nations were more respectful of this perceived disparity, the black nations would be more amenable to gradual change that would lead to a more egalitarian existence.
