miScript Primer Assays are not available for a small number of human, mouse, or rat miRNAs due to the nature of the miRNA sequence. For example, if the miRNA comprises dinucleotide or trinucleotide repeats, or has a high GC content, it is not possible to design a miScript Primer Assay that can specifically detect that miRNA (see examples below).
