I think you mean the USA dominates Softball because it is Cuba that dominates baseball. The way Bolt was jogging and sort of showboating over the finish line makes me think a little. But the Jamacians overall are just dominate runners. Every country has an event they are dominate in. And Track just happens to be the dominate sport for Jamacia.
