Why are humans extremely different than any other animal?
Why ask such a question only about humans? Obviously, being human, that’s what’s relevant to you. But you could ask a similar question about many other animals if you chose a different attribute: Why are blue whales extremely different? Even the smallest adult is several times more massive than any other animal. Why are cheetahs extremely different? Even the slowest normal cheetah runs significantly faster than any other animal. Why are elephants extremely different? Even elephants with the smallest, weakest trunks can do more with them than any other animal can do with its nose. Yes, humans are more intelligent. But many other animals show similar types of intelligence, just in lesser degrees. It’s not as if intelligence is unique to humans, any more than mass is unique to a blue whale, or running to a cheetah. And unlike mass or speed, there’s no useful way to measure whether humans are 3 times smarter than dolphins, or 10 times, or only 50% smarter. So you really can’t justify sayin
