[Canon] For levels 1-3, they are 6″. For levels 4-6 they are 12″. That’s why accuracy is +1 for level 1-3 and why accuracy drops to 0 at levels 4-5. What increases with every level is the Power (+1 per level). Yes, it could have been worded more clearly.
